What is the last date for registrations?
There’s no specific deadline for registration. However we recommend an early registration thereby ensuring prompt process of sending the webinar links and contents.
Where can get my invoice?
Invoice generation is an automated process. The details of the invoice flow from the payment screen and the invoice is archived in my account page. In case you find any errors or find difficulty in locating the Invoice, kindly mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I be able to cancel my registration and get a refund once my application has been accepted?
You will be able to cancel your registration at any point in time after your registration is confirmed. All such cancellations and the refund will be as per our cancellation policy. In case of any issues kindly contact email@example.com .
I have not received my registration confirmation mail.
The confirmation mail is a computer generated mail sent to all participants upon payment of registration fee. If you have not received it, mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with as many details of your registration (e.g date, payment details, order number) and we will send you a copy of the confirmation mail.
My registration is pending. How do I get it confirmed?
Registration for a webinar in our site is an automated process. An automated mail will be generated only upon realization of registration fee at our payment gateway. Kindly check your service provider on the transaction. For any further query kindly contact our customer care at xxxxxxxxxx.
Can I register under more than one category?
Yes, you can register for more than one webinar and we request you to check your availability for the webinars after evaluating the time of the webinars.
Will I be permitted to transfer my registration to a friend?
Sorry, the registration process has been automated and the mail on the webinar and the participation for the webinar hinges on the mail id and thus transferring the registration may not be possible.
Will I be permitted to register for a friend?
Yes, the details and the mail id of the person attending the webinar need to be provided during the registration process.
Should I prepare anything for the webinar? Or Is there any pre-course material?
These webinars are designed so that the participants get the required does not require any specific preparation from the participants.
What is the timeline for cancelling the registration?
Full refund on cancellations is allowed within 24 hours of the registration. Beyond that we are constrained to transfer the transaction charges We have a specific Cancellation policy. In case of any issue in the cancellation kindly contact us at email@example.com.
